A native to Kelowna, he's developed a love for the beautiful Okanagan, appreciating his childhood summers on the baseball field and winter weekends up at Big White. His roots run deep here, reaching back 4 generations, with his parents having a combined 50 years of experience in the industry. He loves Kelowna, possesses accredited business and real estate knowledge, and is very personable. He has proudly called Kelowna HOME his whole life and has taken full advantage of The four seasons playground. There aren’t many places in the world where you can snowboard, golf, and sip local world-class wine in one epic day. Prior to becoming a realtor Dawson played division 1 baseball on scholarship at Texas A & M Corpus Christi and achieved his business degree. Immediately after the completion of his fourth year, he was offered a job to coach and play baseball in Germany. After Germany Dawson help secure a state title In Australia. He returned to Germany for a second season and subsequently turned down offers to play further elite ball so that he could return to his home...Kelowna. Even though Dawson is a full-time REALTOR® he schedules time to give back to sports. Dawson helps Head Coach Evan Bailey of The Okanagan Athletics instruct youth and has also taken on some administrative duties of the club. Personable and knowledgeable, Dawson has helped his clients achieve their goals.
